How do I return an item?
The following policy only applies to online purchases made through www.BlakeRileyandCo.com. All sales are FINAL SALES. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
For any unopened defective items in original packaging exchanges will be allowed. To be eligible for an exchange or credit as described below, the merchandise must be returned unopened, unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original exchange form and customs documents (if applicable). Exchanges or credits must be pre-approved by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Please note that an exchange or store credit's are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the shipped date. There will be no monetary refunds; only exchanges or store credit on regular price apparel (retail) merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable. Once defective merchandise exchanges are approved; shipping is at customer's expense.
Mail exchanges to our Online Exchange address which will be provided via approval email, please include with order an invoice, return form, and/or customs documents. On your Exchange Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
Securely pack your merchandise and Exchange Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note that the Exchange Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, exchange shipping is non-refundable.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your exchange or store credit to be fully processed.
